Payment Policy

Cash on delivery

All online orders are paid in cash, in Iraqi Dinar (IQD), when the order is delivered to you. You never pay anything online, and we never ask for card details.

The amount you pay is the order total shown at checkout and on your order confirmation: product prices plus the delivery fee for your city.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Iraqi Dinar and include any applicable taxes. Prices can change due to market and exchange-rate movements, but the price confirmed with your order will be honoured.

If a pricing error occurs, we will contact you before dispatch and you may choose to continue at the correct price or cancel at no cost.

In-store payment

When buying at our shop in Bardarash you can pay in cash (IQD or USD at the daily rate).
