Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by phone or WhatsApp. We may decline or cancel an order if a product is out of stock, a price was listed in error, or we cannot verify the order details.

Product images are for illustration. Colours and packaging may vary slightly from what is shown.

Fair use

To keep stock fair for everyone, quantity limits apply per order. Orders placed for resale may be cancelled at our discretion.

Liability and governing law

Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased, except where the law does not allow such a limit. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Kurdistan Region and the Republic of Iraq.
