Warranty Policy

Coverage

Every product we sell is 100% original. Smartphones and smartwatches include a 12-month store warranty. Earbuds, speakers, chargers, power banks and cables include a 6-month store warranty. Cases and screen protectors are covered against manufacturing defects at the time of delivery.

Where a product carries an official manufacturer warranty, it applies in addition to our store warranty.

What is not covered

Physical damage, cracked screens, liquid damage, unauthorised repairs or modifications, software changes such as rooting or jailbreaking, and normal wear such as scratches and battery ageing.

Making a claim

Bring the product and your order number or receipt to our shop, or contact us to arrange a pickup. We will repair, replace or refund the product depending on the fault and availability. Most claims are resolved within 7 working days.
