We deliver to every city in the Kurdistan Region and across Iraq through our own couriers and trusted delivery partners.

Bardarash: Free — estimated Same day.

Duhok: 5,000 IQD — estimated 1–2 days.

Erbil: 5,000 IQD — estimated 1–2 days.

Sulaymaniyah: 5,000 IQD — estimated 1–3 days.

Zakho: 5,000 IQD — estimated 1–2 days.

Akre: 5,000 IQD — estimated 1–2 days.

Halabja: 5,000 IQD — estimated 2–3 days.

Other Iraqi city: 7,000 IQD — estimated 2–4 days.

Order confirmation

After you place an order, our team calls or messages you on WhatsApp to confirm the items, address and delivery time. Orders that cannot be confirmed within 48 hours may be cancelled.

Orders confirmed before 4:00 PM are usually dispatched the same day. Orders confirmed later, or on Fridays and public holidays, are dispatched on the next working day.

Receiving your order

Please inspect the package in front of the courier. Check that the seal is intact and the product matches your order before paying.

If the package is damaged or incorrect, you may refuse it at no cost and contact us immediately so we can arrange a replacement.
