7-day returns
You may return an unopened product in its original sealed packaging within 7 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
Opened products can be returned within 7 days only if they are defective or not as described. Products must include all accessories, manuals and the original box.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened in-ear headphones and earbuds, applied screen protectors, and products damaged by misuse, liquid or drops cannot be returned unless they are defective.
Phones that have been activated or linked to an account (for example Apple ID or Google account) can only be returned for a verified manufacturing defect.
How to return
Call or WhatsApp us on +964 750 452 6850 with your order number. We will arrange a pickup or you can bring the item to our shop in Bardarash.
Refunds are paid in cash within 3 working days after we receive and inspect the item. Delivery fees are refunded only if the item was defective or incorrect.
